Steve Sypek, Senior Vice President
Steve Sypek has spent his career working across public and private markets, helping clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
He started his career in Ernst & Young’s Advisory practice before spending seven years at Wellington Management, where he worked at their corporate headquarters in Boston and their international hub in London. Most recently, Steve was a Senior Vice President at 7 Mile Advisors, a middle market investment bank focused in the technology & business services space. In his time at 7 Mile, Steve developed relationships with Private Equity investors as well as individual business owners, helping them understand what buyers are looking for, helping them prepare their companies for the transaction, and guiding them through the sellside process. He joins Hudson with an appreciation for the challenges that business owners work through on a day-to-day basis and looks forward to helping more owners get the most out of the businesses they have built.
Steve holds his CFA charter and CPA license. He and his wife, Molly, reside in Nashville and outside of work he can be found travelling, playing golf and hockey, or rooting for Boston sports teams.
