Jack Strauch has spent his entire professional career supporting public and private businesses operating across a broad spectrum of industries. His entrepreneurial spirit drove him to found a nationally acclaimed firm and made him a much sought-after counselor to executive leadership teams at all levels. 

Jack’s extensive experience includes not only protection of company assets, but also evaluating, improving, and crafting strategic company practices and procedures critical to sustained growth. In this capacity, Jack worked side-by-side for more than a decade with several of Hudson’s founders, who recruited Jack to become Hudson’s CEO. 

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors from Dartmouth College and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Jack lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with his wife of nearly 28 years and they have two children together. He is an avid fisherman, bird hunter, and retrieving dog trainer.
