Jack Peak, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Jack has deep and diverse experience at the executive level in both public and privately-held companies.
His broad roles have given him a “seat at the table” in delivering holistic strategies to improve legal, corporate governance, labor/human resources, compliance, risk management, and safety effectiveness. With plenty of buy- and sell-side merger/acquisition and integration experience, Jack is mindful of what private-equity buyers are looking for and can timely focus efforts to meet and often exceed these expectations.
Jack lives just outside of Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Joanne. They have three adult children (Katie, Kallie, and Jack) and three grandchildren (Ellie, Luke, and Tucker).
