Filip Wojcikowski, Strategic & Operational Advisor
Filip has 25 years of experience in private market M&A and has led 80+ acquisitions from sourcing to close for several public, private equity-backed, and family-owned companies. He spent his entire career executing large scale ‘buy and build’ strategies spanning various industries and enjoys developing close relationships working with founders, owners, and management teams of private companies as they look to transition their business to the next phase.
Filip began his career as an investment banking analyst within JP Morgan Building Materials practice in New York. After leaving ‘Wall Street’ he spent the next 20 years serving in various senior corporate development roles at two large international heavy building materials companies (Summit Materials and CRH). More recently, he led a corporate development team at American Residential Services (nationwide HVAC, plumbing and electrical services company). Filip is currently acting as an independent M&A lead and advisor to a number of private companies.
He graduated from Rutgers University, School of Business with a Bachelors’ degree in Finance. Filip lives in Park City, Utah with his wife of 20 years and 2 children. When he is not driving his kids to bike races and soccer matches, he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and is passionate about cycling, skiing, and motor sports.
